Has anyone else seen this? go to 60 second mark of video. Its obviously a remote controlled plane/drone of some type and it flies beneath the Helicopter.

Its a cessna, a very common airplane. Its not a drone, although it is a little strange its flying low over the school.

Cessna 172 I promise. I did my entire flight training in one. Very likely flown by the State Police or other LE Agency for surveillance. Very common aircraft used all across the country by LEOs.
